02 Excursion in for Bags on 22's. Plans for the truck are to get it as low as possible without cutting into the rear floor. Preliminary measurements yield 11 inches of drop over stock. Were going to run Djm drop beams in the front with custom tubular upper bag mounts and Slam bags. Rear will be a parallel 4-link with panhard bar and slam bags. 8 3/8" valves, Avs switch box, 5 gallon tank and Viair 380 comps with 1/2" line

Layed out with stock inners front and rear, no cutting in the rear floor.

It all starts with the removal of the original i-beams and spring perches

We blasted the crappy powder coating off of the Djm Dream beams, Fabbed up the lower bag mounts and TIG welded it all together.

We need 22's lol

Upper bag mounts in place. Built from 1 1/4" .25 wall DOM tubing gooseted at the joints for strength fully tig welded

We build our own 4-link and 4-link mounts in house. Parallel 4-link mounts TIG welded.

Dont they suck

Mini notch and panhard bar mounts. Notice the rearend is pulled for final welding. Let me tell you its a ton of fun pulling a dana 60 out from under a truck and putting it on the bench for welding.

Rear upper bag mounts.
