86 Grand National came in for lambo doors. It took some serious work to get the doors to swing properly. We had to flatten out the door jamb on the body and the door to get the hinges to sit flat and work properly. On top of that the hinge itself was cut into four pieces in order to get it to line up the original mounting points. The doors have full articulation with only about a 1/4" clearance to spare when they are all the way up.

Here I'm marking out the area that needs to be cut and flattened for the new hinges

Hinge mounted and working

This is the door jamb after it was cut and flattened out and rewelded back together. Beside where there is bare metal you cant even tell anything was done.

The whole door jamb and hinge was painted to match and then reassembled

The doors weight a better part of a hundred pounds. In this pic it was 8 degrees outside and the wind was blowing pretty hard and the doors still stayed up on there own.
