Wheel is really far forward in the wheel well. this is causing bind on the carrier bearing.

At full lift the balljoint punctures the air bag.

Major bad news. When we removed the old 4-link bracket this is what we found underneath. To fix the problem we cut the clip off in front of the rear body mount and fabricated a new back half out of 2x4 box tube.

Notch not fully welded together

New backhalf setup. We built the whole rear frame with working suspension off the truck. It allowed us to flip the frame every way we needed to fully tig weld all the tubes. The new back half features a, Wishbone 3-link with bag on lower bar. Machined spikes, full tubular crossmember integrating the 3-link mounts, bag mounts and bed mounts.
