Jonas' brought his truck in over the winter because his old 18's in the front just didn't cut it anymore, so we laid it out on a set of 20" rollers to match the rear wheels. One of the conditions that Jonas had was that the truck had to have working A/C and still have wheel wells. So I made an all steel Blower/Condensor box, relocated the fan, frenched the Slave Cylinder and built all steel wheel tubs.

You can see this truck featured in Street Trucks magazine March 2004 issue, also there are small pictures in Mini Truckin', Street Trucks, Sport Truck, Truckin, and Tailgate. From Indy Truck Bash 04 and Texas Heat Wave 04'. Also look for another full feature coming sometime soon in Performance Auto and Sound magazine in the Rearview section.

Laid out on 20's

Debuted at the World of Wheels march 26th in Minneapolis, MN

Here's the wiring harness that used to run through the firewall above the driver side wheel, it's been lengthened a foot and now runs out through the floor.

Pic of the firewall tubbed and the slave cylinder frenched into the firewall, also a smaller brake booster and everything put into primer ready for paint.

Here's a pic of the driver side wheel well all ground and ready to be put into primer.

Pic of the blower box, its still all steel hand formed, flows just like the original. All blocked out and ready for paint.

It's all painted and assembled the main computer has been relocated. So has the battery, and coolant overflow.

The rear-end before sandblasting.

We sandblasted and painted the rearend in house. Looks a ton better than it previously did.

Also the rearend has been converter over to rear disc brakes.

Jonas has driven to Indy Truck bash 3 years in a row, Texas Heat Wave, and just about anywhere locally here in Minnesota.
