So far two new doors have been bought and re shaved since the old doors were shot. Also different fenders are going on. The front frame has been Z'd to get the truck to lay body flat and the whole front suspension has been gone through to get some more lift to clear the wheels.. The 17's are gone and 18's are on the truck so fenderwell and firewall clearance has become an issue and is being done. The clutch slave cylinder and some misc pieces have been moved to keep the stock hood and get wheel clearance. The rear half is cut off just after the cab and were currently building a full tube rear clip with a Nissan 300zx independent rear suspension.

This is Dereks Tacoma its body dropped 3" and already bagged and shaved. A different shop did the original suspension and body work. Were doing a different rear half and finishing the body work. Along with a few other things.

Somebody's idea of a custom notch for the driveshaft if you look closely you can see that there is nothing but weight holding the pin for the gas tank in.

The tape line was for a reference point on where the original body line faded out.

We cut the mud off the doors to find at least a 1/4" laid on.

After the mud was cut down I saw the doors were warped so bad that the body line caved in and the door warped basically ending it abruptly. Too much heat on thin sheetmetal has bad results and the doors just couldn't be straightened so they are gone and new doors are getting a better shave treatment.

Just a look at the 3rd brake light or the brain bump as I like to call it before I shave it off.

New doors were picked up and re-shaved. They came out really good with minimal amount of filler needed. The old doors went in the garbage. There was just no saving something warped that bad.
